Chamonix Ski Weekend Forecast

With the amount of snow that has fallen this week everywhere in the Chamonix now has good snow cover with the majority of pistes now open.
However tomorrow isn't forecast to be quite as good as today, but it looks like the Italian side will be sheltered from the weather - so Courmayeur may well be the place to head to tomorrow? The conditions through there are reported to be very good, and if you can enjoy them in the sunshine then even better!
The weather in Chamonix valley is due to be much better on Sunday so perhaps that is the day to make the most of the excellent conditions over here. As its Christmas Eve the lifts might be a bit busier than normal so why not head round to Vallorcine to avoid any queues and get straight up the hill to Le Tour. You could even take the train to avoid any traffic congestion.
