CPD for British Mountain Guides

Over the weekend I have been delivering CPD for 6 British Mountain Guides. The aim of the weekend was to provide the guides with some simple coaching ideas for their clients that they could use confidently to add value their guiding.
To get the best of the weather we skied at Les Houches allowing us to try out various ideas without getting too cold! The freezing level wasn't as high as feared and we were able to get some lovely fresh powder high up. Alongside the practice on the hill we also spent some time watching clients on video to discuss how we could improve their performance.
We ended the weekend by watching Luca, Freddy and Zac give an excellent demonstration of how to steer your skis...
